Purpose of Position

This position builds customer relationships, assists customers and provides support to outside sales reps.

Specific Job Responsibilities

Maintain effective relationships with customers ensuring customer satisfaction by providing the right product for our customer’s needs. Learning technical information to be able to effectively communicate with customers. Promote and maintain the integrity and reputation of Midwest Floor Source.

Sales Responsibilities: Responsible for regularly contacting assigned accounts to generate sales of all product lines, sourcing new products for new and existing accounts, and providing sales support to Outside Sales personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Qualified candidates must work well in a team environment.
• Two years minimum Inside Sales experience working in floor covering is preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships by providing superior customer service.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate and solve customer issues with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and provide sales support.
• Self-starter, self-motivated and consistent performer.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Actively sell and service existing accounts via in person, phone or email.
• Learn and promote new products.
• Understand customers’ needs to provide the proper solutions.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
